I have over 37 years of experience in the fire protection industry, 34 of it right here at Fire Power. I started in the shop pulling orders, fabricating and delivering pipe at the age of 20. Once I had a couple of years under my belt, I was one of five that was recruited to help start Fire Power. I did the very first job of Fire Powers and in the past 34 years, I have had my hands in pretty much every aspect of the business. I have gotten to know a lot of folks in that time and I have gained a lot of peoples trust with my honesty and my commitment to do what is right.

After a tour in the Marine Corps in Aviation Electronics, Duane entered the workforce where he was involved in various aspects of Electronic Security, Background/Pro Sound Systems and Fire/Life Safety. Continuing his service in the Marine Reserves, attaining the rank of Gunnery Sergeant while attending Tyler Junior College and The University of Texas at Tyler as well as his continuing progression in the Fire/Life Safety industry. Duane has held a State of Texas Fire Alarm License since 1986 and has attended numerous factory schools, local training classes and seminars dealing with Fire Alarm, Fire Protection and Life Safety. Duane has been in a Management role for over twenty years with several companies, joining Fire Power in 2018. As the Fire Alarm Division Manager, he is involved in all aspects of the Alarm side of Fire Power’s business and we are glad to have him.

Sergio started his career with Fire Power in 2010 he worked as a helper and pipe fitter for 4 Years before he was moved to a foreman. Sergio did a great job at bringing his jobs in on time while keeping building engineers, superintendents, project managers and coworkers happy at the same time. These are the qualities we look for and that is what got him moved to our Field Superintendent in June of 2020. Sergio has 15 years of experience, 10 of it right here at Fire Power and this is where we think he belongs.

Brad started with us in 2016 after he attended a NFPA 13/Design based classroom course given by The American Fire Sprinkler Association. With almost five years under his belt, he has taken Autosprink software level 1 classroom training, is proficient with AutoCad software and He has passed his Nicet level I and level II for water-based systems certifications and is closing in quickly on his Level III .Brad has been a great addition to our team by taking jobs from the flow test- to getting the job properly designed and preparing the material and fabrication list to the City submittals and helping all the way thru until the job is complete.

Steve has over 37 years in the Fire Sprinkler industry and we have been lucky enough to have him at Fire Power for 32 of them. Steve wears many hats here at Fire Power consisting of sales, engineering and project managing small tenant finish jobs to the very large tenant finish and Data Center Projects. Steve is also in charge of directing our information Technology.

Dee started in the fire protection business back in 1983, he came to work with us in 1991 on a loan from a small company that was slow at the time and as he says…... it turned out he liked it here. Dee enjoyed being out in the field pulling wrenches and running his jobs for many years. In 2000 he moved in to the office and he started selling tenant finish work. Dee obtained his Texas RME-G Certification in 1984 and has been with us for 30 years and has been a valuable part of the Fire Power Team!!

Nancy has been in the industry since 2014 where she worked with another Fire Protection Company. We were very excited that Nancy decided to join our team in 2019. Nancy handles setting up all of our service jobs, inspections monitoring and reoccurring accounts and makes sure they all get invoiced. She is a busy lady!!

Brandi just started with us in May of 2021. She is very energetic and eager to learn. In the short amount of time she has put in we have learned she has all of the correct traits we were looking for and is willing take the extra step to make sure she helps our team be successful. We are confident Brandi has found her new home.

Abraham joined our alarm division in 2019 and does a lot of our alarm service work – Abe is a great troubleshooter – if it’s a tough one to figure out – He’s your man.

Alexis has been apart of Fire Power Systems since June 2016 – Alex has grown from not having much experience to running some of the largest projects we have.

Arturo joined our fire sprinkler department for Fire Power Systems in September 2020.

Chris joined Fire Power Systems in May 2021. Chris is with our Alarm Division and does a lot of the alarm sales and is an integral part of handling our Monitoring accounts.

Ben originally joined our team back in 2014 he ventured off and gained more knowledge in the industry and came back to us in 2018 and he works in our fire sprinkler service department.

Eusebio has been with Fire Power Systems for over 5 years. He started with us back in July of 2017.

David joined our Alarm Division back in June 2020 – David has pretty much moved in to the office and has the role of Alarm project manager but he sure will head out to the field and help out with an inspection or service call if needed.

Victor has been with Fire Power Systems for over 20 years. He started his career with us back in August 2000. Since this victor has proven to be one of our most loyal pipe fitters.

Dylan joined the service department October 2021. Dylan has past all of his test and has his RME-I and is a Sprinkler Inspector . Dylan has shown great initiative in his work and has further his education for us here at Fire Power Systems. We are excited to see how far he can go!

Randy just joined Fire Power Systems January 2023 and we keep him pretty busy as a full time inspector.

Damian started with Fire Power Systems May 2022. He recently got his Fire Alarm Technician Licenses after working for us for almost a year. We are very proud of him and the work he does at Fire Power Systems. He has proven to be a great addition to our team.

Andrew started his career with Fire Power Systems November 2022. He is the newest member of our Design Team here. He has already proven to be a great asset to us.

Shawn is one of the newest members of Fire Power Systems April 2023. Shawn has moved in to the Alarm Department where he is learning the trade and is doing us a great job.

Jesus joined Fire Power Systems June 2022 and runs multiple types of jobs.
